Great start to the New Year... new web, new blog....

This first post is a little late but it was lovely to see our our striped cushion featured with lots of other cosy knits to make in the Country Homes and Interiors Magazine. It is a nice easy project to try, even the buttons are made from the yarn and it works well in so many other colour combinations. This week saw the much anticipated opening of Yarn on the Square in Ely.

I met the lovely owners Christine and Ginette back in September at the I Knit Day in London and was really excited at the prospect of having a yarn boutique nearby. I was even more thrilled when they chose to use some of the Extreme Felt yarn for their first window display and they are stocking some of the High Fibre range.

The shop is full of inspiring goodies and expert advice is on hand...I'll be a frequent visitor....
